Tom has more than 25 years in financial services, and has specialised in self build mortgages and finance with BuildStore since 2005, where he is National Relationship Manager.
He advises on major homebuilding projects across the UK, and speaks on self build, renovation and custom build finance at national events, exhibitions and advisory boards, including Grand Designs Live and the Homebuilding & Renovating Shows.
He has completed two major homebuilding projects of his own, so he knows the challenges as well as the excitement of funding a build.
