Self build & renovation project management
Builder selection, programme, site management and procurement: the site experience you can’t read your way to.
Mark has spent around 35 years in construction, across housebuilding, timber systems manufacturing and bespoke residential development.
He is a former managing director of Potton and a former chair of both the National Custom and Self Build Association (NaCSBA) and the Structural Timber Association. Today he runs Elsworth Projects, a consultancy that project manages bespoke self build homes.
A joiner by trade and a serial self builder himself, he is Homebuilding & Renovating’s self build and plot finding expert, known for timber construction, land finding and appraisal, and getting projects delivered.
